Price of parking in public garages is lower for hybrid and electric vehicles

The “Green Garage” project brought together all existing facilities that contribute to sustainable development in Tuškanac public garage, and subsequently in most other public garages managed by Zagrebparking Subsidiary. “Green” facilities are parking spaces for owners of hybrid vehicles, who are entitled to a privileged price for parking, as well as electric vehicle charging stations, ecological LED lights, free parking spaces for bicycles, “green islands” for separate collection of glass, paper and plastic and a “smart” bench installed on the top-most level of the Tuškanac garage (in cooperation with the City of Zagreb).
All Zagrebparking Subsidiary’s public garages now have parking spaces dedicated to hybrid and electric vehicles. Parking fees in public garages for these types of vehicles have been reduced by 50% (except for hourly permits and stored-value cards).
