I currently live in a parking charge zone and I have obtained a certificate of residence, but my vehicle license still contains my old address, which is located in the area where parking is free of charge.

The customer shall be issued a 1-month official parking permit. After lapse of that period, in order to exercise his or her full rights, the customer shall be required to present a valid vehicle license containing the new address, located in the parking charge zone.
