I lost my identity card; can I buy a privileged parking permit by presenting the passport?

A privileged parking permit cannot be purchased against presentation of a passport. In case the customer has no identity card, in order to be entitled to purchase a privileged parking permit, he or she must present a certificate of residence, which is issued by the Ministry of the Interior.
